Family Fun Night

Family Fun Night is back — bigger, bolder, and more bubble-soccer-packed than ever!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 5 from 5:00–8:00 PM and join us for a night of laughter, games, music, and mouthwatering food — all on the school grounds with your amazing St. Joe’s community.

Please pay for admission and food purchases ahead of time through our Hot Lunch system here.

Admission & Wristbands

How Admission Works:

  •  $5 per person (adults and kids ages 3–13)

  •  Includes:

    • Entry to the event

    • Unlimited fair-style games

    • 1 turn at each specialty event (Dunk Tank, Cake Walk, Sucker Pull)

    • Access to inflatables, bubble soccer & the prize booth

  • Children under 3 are FREE

  • Students ages 14–18 are not permitted (unless pre-approved as volunteers)

Power Pack Add-On – $10 per child

  • Includes 4 turns each at the Dunk Tank, Cake Walk & Sucker Pull

  • Can be preordered or purchased at the Welcome Table (cash only)

Important Notes:

  • Wristbands will be sent home with the child listed on your Hot Lunch order

  •  Didn’t preorder? No problem! You can buy admission and Power Packs on-site — cash only

  • Extra turns at specialty events are available for $1 each (cash only) at the Welcome Table

  • Preordering helps skip lines and guarantees availability

Family Fun Night Cake Competition

Think your baking skills are top tier? Show them off!

How it works:

  •  Bake and decorate a fun, summer-inspired treat

  • Drop it off at school on June 5 (during drop-off, pick-up, or by 5:00 PM)

  • Cakes will be judged on creativity, theme, and presentation

  •  Prizes awarded for top entries

  • All cakes will be used for the Cake Walk — please make sure you’re happy to donate it

Volunteering

This event can't happen without the support of our parent community. We’re offering roles that fit all schedules — even 20-minute shifts can make a difference!

You Can Help With:

  • Fair games and prize booth

  • Welcome table and concession (cash box roles)

  • Set-up and clean-up

Volunteers must be over 18 and have completed their Safe Environment Training

Family Fun Night Rules

Supervision & Attendance

  • No drop-offs — all children must be accompanied by an adult

  • Only St. Joseph students and their families may attend

  • Children under 3 are free

  • Students ages 14–18 not permitted unless pre-approved

Phones, Photos & Behaviour

  • No student cell phone use during the event

  • Parents may only take photos of their own children (or with permission)

  • School behaviour expectations apply: be kind, respectful, and safe

Health & Safety

  • Smoking/vaping allowed only in the far parking lot, 10 metres from buildings

  • No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards on event grounds (please lock up outside)
